The staff members helped me a lot and gave me a great experience! Two things to tell you. 1. Staff members If I am worried or not, they helped me a lot and took initiatives to make my needs. 2. Breakfast The taste and flexible serving are superb. I like the food very much.

Extremely Poor Experience at The Nikunj Hotel, New Delhi I recently stayed at The Nikunj Hotel in New Delhi and had a terrible experience. The hotel is extremely poorly maintained. Although breakfast was included in my booking, there was no buffet at all. The staff were not cooperative, especially the ones at the reception who were busy enjoying themselves with zero sense of professionalism. It felt like a typical "lala" type of hotel with no proper management. I stayed in the Tower-A, and not a single room seemed to be properly maintained. The staff didn’t even know how to talk politely.Even though the hotel was completely empty, they kept disturbing me with repeated calls to check out. Overall, it was a very disappointing and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent property location (on nh-48, close to igi. Good amenities and cleanliness. Service can be improved. I asked for coffee in room and they denied it mentioning lack of staff (staff was preparing breakfast)

Condition of room was pathetic, it was stinking due to dampness. Toilet fittings were not working properly shower was not working. Tea corner was empty

The room was smelly, not maintained, and the service was very slow. The quality of soaps shampoo were not very good further i was even denied the buggy ride from hotel to main hall

The room provided to us is think was not used from long time television was neat working the technician i have to work on it for a long time and then it started and he said sorry for the delay after that iair condition was not working even after three hours in room there was no cooling again after complaining technician came he checked the ac in room and said that i have to fix it from outside not from the room and after spending three four hours in room it started worst was still to come once current was off in mid night air condition was working but not even a single light was working i made a complain arond three o clock in night but there was no response from reception in morning when i made a complain technician came told its a technical issue and light will come once u take out the room key for few seconds and replace it again which i have never seen in any of the hotel this is my experience which i am sharing with you

Hotel is very nice, minor issues of water leak from wash basin at room no 107 and major issue was non availability's breakfast combo as per menu card, i have to take alacarte which was costlier.

Not so good. Tv cable not working, no hot water, bathroom slippers only one. Every time v need to call them. After setting of cable it was not started for more than 1 hour
